Reading “Between the Lines”

Boom! Yes I am referring to this superlative in the context to current technological advancements. There were days when people used to debate on a particular topic without having slightest of knowledge about it. Nowadays; if you’re in middle of a debate or discussion simply take out your mobile and Google the term and “Voila” the meaning is right in front of you; go on reap the benefits of technology.

An avid reader like me who reads everything irrespective of the genre, topic, taste, preference, subject-area, etc. gets a preview of the “what will be happening next” or “what will become a trend” before it is really being considered. Many people will call it an act of “Clairvoyance”; however it is not. I will call it “Augmentation of reality” when you have too much in your brain; and you’re able to make connections of two distinctive happening at same time divided in distance by millions. Don’t get me wrong these are not part of any hallucinations, delusions, schizophrenic-attacks, etc.; it is just having knowledge about all of them and making the right connection on the basis of overwhelming facts.

Let’s get it straight through an example – If you’re reading too much news online and you have a sense of NEWS; than you can easily predict the stories that are going to be published in tomorrow’s newspaper. This sense becomes so strong with practice; that sometimes you will have feeling of euphoria as you’re predicting the future; however it’s not that.

I personally encounter several attacks of “reading between the lines” everyday; and even you can just “practice” and make your “sixth” sense perfect for things happening around you. Moreover “reality is our perception of outside world”!!
